城市设计研究所  是深规院极富创意和综合设计能力的团队之一。目前已形成六十人规模的多元人才生态，团队充满朝气与活力，向优秀的综合设计顾问咨询团队不懈前行。
  我们伴随深圳城市设计的开创与发展不断成长，持续探索以城市设计为内核的多专业协同模式。项目涵盖城市规划、城市设计、数字化设计研究及应用、城市更新、总规划师服务等类型，并深度参与深圳城市设计制度建设、标准研究。
  我们深耕深圳、服务湾区、面向全国，并伴随“一带一路”走出国门，承担了一系列深圳及国内外重大项目。在深圳，我们承担了《深圳城市总体规划总体城市设计专项研究》、《中国（广东）自由贸易试验区前海蛇口片区综合规划》、《深圳市香蜜湖片区综合城市设计及总设计师服务》、《前海城市新中心概念规划》、《深圳前海合作区系列城市设计》、《深圳前海合作区系列单元规划修编》、《深圳市城市设计编制技术规定》、《蛇口国际海洋城综合发展规划纲要》、《深圳新十大文化设施地段城市设计研究（包括歌剧院、改革开放展览馆、科技馆、海洋博物馆、国深博物馆等）》等任务；在国内，我们承担了《雄安新区起步区概念城市设计国际咨询》、《河北雄安新区寨里组团控制性详细规划与城市设计》、《北戴河新区总体规划和中心城区城市设计》、《浙江省台州市江北新区概念规划及沿江片区城市设计》、《重庆九龙新城战略规划》；在国外，我们为斯里兰卡编制了《汉班托塔港口新城概念规划》，正在为印尼巴淡经济特区编制系列规划。

About us...


Urban Design Research Studio（UDR）
is one creative team with strong comprehensive design capability at Urban Planning & Design Institute of Shenzhen. At present, our team has consisted of 60 versatile talents full of creativity, and is sparing no effort to become a first-class integrated design consulting team.
As the establishment and continuous growth of Shenzhen Urban Design, we will keep exploring the coordination pattern involving multiple disciplines with the urban design at the core. Our projects have covered urban planning, urban design, digital design research and application, urban renewal, master planning service and so on, and will deeply participate in the urban design system construction and researches on standards in Shenzhen.
Rooted in Shenzhen, we will not only serve the Greater Bay Area, but also spread our business nationwide. Moreover, as the implementation of the Belt and the Road Initiative, we have developed overseas businesses and undertaken a range of major projects at home and abroad. In Shenzhen, we completed various missions including Master Urban Planning of Shenzhen & Special Research on Comprehensive Urban Design, China (Guangdong) Pilot FTZ Qianhai Shekou District’s Comprehensive Planning, Shenzhen Xiangmihu District’s Comprehensive Urban Design and Chief Designer Service, Qianhai New City Center Conceptual Plan, Shenzhen-Qianhai Cooperation Zone Series of Urban Design, Shenzhen-Qianhai Cooperation Zone Series of Unit Planning Editing and Revision, Shenzhen Urban Design Compilation Technique Regulations, Shekou International Ocean City Integrated Development Planning Outline, and Urban Design & Research for Shenzhen New Top 10 Cultural Facilities Districts (including Opera House, Reform and Opening-up Exhibition Hall, Science and Technology Museum, Maritime Museum and National Museum of China, Shenzhen etc.); in China, we have undertaken Xiongan New District (Start-up District) Conceptual Urban Design International Consulting Service, Hebei Xiongan New District Zhaili Cluster Regulatory Plan and Urban Design, Beidaihe New District Master Planning and Central City Design, Zhejiang Taizhou Jiangbei New District Conceptual Planning and Riverside District’s Urban Design and Chongqing Jiulong New City Strategic Planning; overseas, we have formulated Hambantota Port New City Conceptual Plan for Sri Lanka, and we are now engaged in formulating corresponding plan for Batam Special Economic Zone in Indonesia.
All honors are created by virtue of our unremitting effort to pursue excellent design, innovative research and unique viewpoint. Currently, our team has won many awards in various international competitions and been awarded with many international, national and municipal honorary titles. For example, China (Guangdong) Pilot FTZ Qianhai Shekou District’s Comprehensive Planning, Shenzhen Western Dynamic Coastal Zone Urban Design, Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone No.2 and No.9 Development Unit Planning, Shenzhen Low-carbon City Series of Planning and Shenzhen Municipal Greenway Network Planning and Design won the national outstanding urban planning & design first prize.
Design is a method which can be used to discover problems and rules existing in cities as well as a creative problem-solving means. Our faith is shaped by continuous learning and improvement, and we devote to pursuing the beautiful Blueprint which can be realized. We believe the strength from the multi-specialty coordination and insist in formulating comprehensive solutions involving the joint effort of various specialties. We believe that the best solution derives from the continuous communication with our clients and persons concerned and the concerted effort made to explore more possibilities and higher value.
In order to embrace the ever-changing age, we will keep upgrading our thinking and technology for the future. In this stock age, we explore the “novel renewal” concept which will lead a city’s regeneration; following the speed of digitization, we initiate the digital urban design (Shenzhen CIM) research and completely energize corresponding design research, appraisal and diagnosis; as the planning and consulting has increasingly become integrated and service-oriented, we have spread the chief plannner and urban designer service to Shenzhen and will provide professional consulting service throughout the process ranging from international competition, planning & design, and implementation of overall planning and management.
